Royal British Legion Social Evening: The Shipston on Stour Branch gathers for a social event on the third Friday of each month at The Horseshoe, starting at 7:30pm.

Additionally, every other month, the Branch Committee meets on the third Friday at St Edmund's Church from 6:30pm to 7:30pm, before joining the social gathering (July, Sept, Oct, Dec).

There’s sometimes the misconception that the Society is a book club. It’s not. We’re a friendly group who enjoy listening to interesting talks about books and visitors are very welcome at one or all of our events. We really want to encourage people from all thoughts on literature to come and join us and promote much needed discussion .

Meetings are at 7.30 on Wednesdays monthly at the Community Hall Tredington (next to the Lion Inn) with refreshments available. Members free. Visitor tickets £8 (pay on the door).
